We live in a chaotic society, always rushing from one place to another, we have a busy schedule, work, school, children, etc.. and sometimes we end up feeling confused, at the mercy of events and of our emotions with a very high level of stress.
But how can we improve the Quality of our Lives and most of all, how can we learn to be Healthier and Happier?
If We expect others to make us Happy We will always Be Disappointed.
Then once we have it clear in our mind that Happiness depends upon ourselves, we need to take action.
Our life is also a set of patterns and habits that we have created over time and that are based on many different factors, sometimes from even absorbing the environment in which we live or we have lived.
Therefore it is very important to create good habits and make Happiness one of them, in fact, Happiness is not a destination it is a way of live.
Now how do we create a Habit?
We create a habit by doing the same thing repeatedly, sometimes consciously and sometimes unconsciously.
When we want to create a new habit, it is very important to keep in our mind the reason why we want to create it, the reason is, in fact, the driving force that keeps us going.
Now I would like you to stop for a minute and check your motivation level. Are you motivated enough to be a happier person?

Here are 6 Good Habits to add in our Daily Life that can help us to be more serene and Happy
The first Good Habit to add in our Daily Life to feel Healthier and Happier is Practicing GRATITUDE.
No matter what good things happen in our life, if we don’t have the attitude of gratitude, we will never be completely happy.
Learning to be grateful when things go wrong, when problems strike, when difficulties happen will make a huge difference in our life and the way we will feel about life itself.
Gratitude is seeing life as a great and wonderful gift. Once we feel great about the world and about our life, we will find real happiness and peace.
We are used to complaining a lot when things don’t go the way we want, but when things go the way we want, do we spend the same amount of time in being grateful? Probably not, so let’s start practice Gratitude!

Before we can love someone else, the first step is to love ourselves, in fact, Happiness is feeling good about who we are, without feeling the need for anyone else’s approval.
If we do not love ourselves, we can have problems in loving someone else or even to be loved.
So what can we do to love ourselves?

The third Good Habit to add in our Daily Life to feel Healthier and Happier is practice BREATHING CONSCIOUSLY.
Breathing is the first thing we do when we are born and the last thing we do before we die but how much importance do we give to breathing?
We can stay alive for long periods without eating, drinking or sleeping, but if we can not breathe, we die within a few minutes.
Breathing is important for two main reasons:
1 It supplies our bodies and its various organs with oxygen, which is vital for our survival.
2 With our breathing, we also get rid of waste products and toxins from the body.
By learning how to breathe well we will become healthier and stronger, but not only:
Knowing how to breathe also help us to control our emotions (anger included) and fears and keep a clear and sharp mind.

Laughing releases endorphins into the brain. Endorphins are like the nerve-numbing drug morphine and serve to reduce harmful chemicals in the body that are released by stress.
Releasing stress also immediately puts you in a better mood and improves your attitude so you can feel ready to tackle tough situations.
So, how much importance do we give to laughter? How often do we laugh? Is laughter part of our daily life?

The sixth and last one Good Habit to add in our Daily Life to feel Healthier and Happier is PRACTICE MINDFULNESS.
Mindfulness can help us to slow down, live our life in full and consequently feel happier. It can also help to improve our mindset and the way we live.
Mindfulness is an awareness that embraces the mental, emotional, physical, environmental and spiritual senses of every moment.
Basically, Being Mindful means to be aware all the time of what is going on inside and outside ourselves.
But how can we do that? Simply living the present moment, the only moment we are alive.

One more suggestion, try to add only one good habit at that time, then when you have mastered it, you can start, if you feel like, with the second one.
